THE ULTIMATE CHRISTMAS WISHLIST

Posted on 19/12/2014

My yet again very monochrome heavy wishlist, oh and also Free People heavy today too!! This is my ultimate Christmas present pile that I would ever wish for Santa to bring me on the big day! I'l start by saying, can we all just take a moment to appreciate this Free People leather jacket... covered in studs... Can it be more perfect?! I shouldn't have really gone to town on their website, because in all honesty, jack has had an earful about how I would love this and how this might go nice with my boots I bought last week, (hint hint)! No but seriously... I'm sure were all looking forward to waking up to our pretty wrapped presents and neatly tied gift bags, until were let loose and the all paper and rubbish gets thrown everywhere, along with the shells off the brussel spouts mom is peeling.

I wasn't hoping to find anything I really wanted on the Zara site, as I have recently got my perfect winter wardrobe, then oh I stumbled across the 'new this week' section. dun dun dunnn. These flat studded points are uhmazing! But so are all of these items, I think this is the most I have wanted everything on my wishlists... ever!! My eyes are flitting between all of these shoes thinking uh those, oh no but those, eurgh but thoseeeeeee!

Anyway, I best dash, I can hear ACDC playing extremely loud outside which is my queue to go and start the cooking for the boy and open the Friday night beers! Happy last weekend before Christmas guys and gallys!

WINTER INSPIRATIONS

Posted on 05/11/2014

Apologies again for the long absence from the blog, I've been juggling university work with a 4 month old screaming teething greedy very grumpy baby! Having acquired all the turtle necks and coats, oh and boots (again) I could possibly want this season. (If you follow my Instagram you'll have probably seen). I have yet again set my sights on some beautiful inspirations for the upcoming chilly season!
The famous cosy wool wrap coat that has been seen a lot lately, also shown here at the bottom in grey is a winter essential for me! I purchased Zara's version. As of every year, knitwear is a biggy, but this year it seems to have taken us little fashion birds by storm. Knitted pants are still to be gained.. However I did buy a comfy camel ribbed pair from Zara last week! But its the flares I'm after, and I will get them, even if I have to pretend and hide them from my boyfriend. He seems to think I have serious buying issues. But don't we all????????????????

ACNE ACNE ACNE, what do you do to us all. If only we were all top notch creative directors and editors of magazines ehy! Why so pricey!!!!!!!!!! I would kill for this damn coat! But hey, lets be honest, I'm not about to spend the entire contents of my bank on it any time soon. (One day when I'm a millionaire and own 7 dogs in their own house and drive a Mercedes G class).

I love the idea of this oversized sequin jumper and coordinating skirt for this Christmas! I may just invest as an early birthday present for myself and rock this look on Boxing Day (birthday).

VINTAGE MOTORCYCLE TEE. MISSGUIDED FLARES

Posted on 28/09/2014

We all see skinny jeans knocking all over the place nowadays so I'm taking it back to the live free, have fun, love each other days today on the blog! This is the perfect comfy slip on outfit, the bell bottoms are stretch and I'd say a lot more comfortable than any of the skinny jeans I own.

BARGAIN MONOCHROME

Posted on 26/09/2014

Apart from the shoes, this outfit cost me a total of £31! Yes that's right, 31 little pounds for everything including my bag and beautiful scarf! Iv'e been after some smart culotte shorts and couldn't find any as Missguided had sold out and that was my go-to for bargain on trend pieces!

ABERGAVENNY FOOD FESTIVAL. WALES 2014

Posted on 24/09/2014

So at the weekend we went down to Wales to visit my older sister Charlotte, and stay the night for a food filled fun lovin' few days at the Abergavenny Food Festival. My sister had bigged it up for a few years to me, telling me about the squirrel sausages and the zebra burgers... yep, weird I know! But I didn't believe it was going to be half as good as it actually was (well I did because it had food in the title of the event but still...).

TOPSHOP. OVER THE KNEE BOOTS.

Posted on 22/09/2014

Sorry about the absence from the blog posts my darlings! I've been to Wales to visit my sister. The Abergavenny Food Festival to be precise, and being a massive foodie... it was amazing! I'm currently in a food coma still so I'm being lazy today! A hint to what's on the next blog post! Food Food Food! ... So I pestered Jack for these boots for quite a while and eventually he gave in and ordered me them... Thank you Jack you're the best! *insert angel face here* ! They are the perfect shoe for Autumn! ... See and read more below!

OH MY LOVE LONDON. DREAMY DRESS

Posted on 08/09/2014

Remember the little bargains I mentioned I had picked up from Primark; well can we all take a moment to appreciate this bag! The beauty of what can be seen over my arm... I didn't travel to Morocco for that! Considering you have to duck in and out of Primark every week to find something as remotely as good as this, I was so impressed. Its perfect for all my essentials.. Phone, credit card and a chocolate bar. Anotheblack outfit... there's a running theme here isn't there? See more below.

BLACK AND WHITE. H&M TRENCH

Like an LBD, another essential in any woman's wardrobe is a LBC .. a Little Black Coat. Lets face it, it goes with everything in her wardrobe and can be worn whatever the weather (because we're willing to use an ugly oversized umbrella). See more below.

BASIC. CULOTTES

Posted on 01/09/2014

So it's been over 2 months now since I had the little one and I'm just about ready to start blogging again. I've sprinkled my blog with a little this and that, and given it an overhaul.. it definitely needed it! On top of being back at uni in 3 weeks, this is a kind of an escape for me now! I know I know, culottes, they're everywherright!? Well when Missguided had these bargain pair for just £12.99, obviously I couldn't not get my card out!

MY NEW ADDITION. HUDSON REID

Posted on 09/07/2014

So here he is, my little Hudson Reid. Now 15 days old and turning in to a right little handsome devil ... (although he was from the beginning). Lots of blonde hair and blue eyes like his mommy and very large hands like his daddy! I can't wait for our life together as a 3, camper vans, motor bikes, rally shows and lots of memories to be made. Adventurers! For now were enjoying every second with the little man, in between naps and more naps! YAWN! But on the plus side, I'm back in my high waisted essentials and favourite Motel dresses! We're so happy, he is perfect.

SEASONAL LUSTING

Chris Browns 'black and yellow black and yellow black and yellow' ... comes to mind! Yellow being an obvious colour of the season with all the pastels flying around,it's definitely the favourite out of all the spring colours.

MOTEL ROCKS CRUSHED VELVET

Posted on 30/04/2014

We've been extremely lucky in Manchester the past few weeks, we have actually had more than 2 days of sunshine! Nice enough to get outside and bare your legs! I did under estimate how hot it was the first time it appeared, as this is a raroccurrence in the North West, and nearly died in my stripey jumper! Well... you've probably seen this dress before, I acquired it from London when I was working with Motel Rocks.

White studded leather - Motel rocks

Top - Zara
Shoes - Topshop

This post took a little longer to upload than usual because of my silly laptop mixed with photograph pixel and resolution issues (blogger problems)! Although the suns been out the past few days, it has been rather chilly, but then again its very are I am not cold. A coat or jacket was probably essential for most of us out there still, am i right!? (although we all have those leather jacket hot flushes). This one I picked up from the sample sale whilst in London whilst helping the girls out at their office... and boy I don't regret it! I didn't realise how nice it was till I put it on again! Finally blogging my plaid slip ons too, which are still available in Toppers, along with all the other beautiful snake skin, leopard skin an who knows what other skin effect!
The best thing that has happened over the past few days is my boyfriend and I have upgraded our sky (LONG overdue) to HD on demand... yes I'm that much of a tele film freak, and I'm counting down the days until I can watch whichever rom com, horror or episode of supernatural I want whenever I want again! (I only have this luxury at my parents you see).

Today

So first off, you may be looking at these photos like 'what an earth is that little bump' .. yes well guys, its time to let you know I'm expecting my first little boy at the end of June! We're so excited! Expect to see a lot more posts on how to dress a bump and early next year hopefully little one likes getting in front of the camera with me! Down to the nitty gritty of it... it's the time of year where everybody wants to stick on their favourite pretty little summer dress with platform sandals because there's a hint of sunshine in the air, but feels too silly to... but at the same time feels like a plonker wearing their favourite winter warmers and beanie that has been trusted all season. Never the less, this beautiful bodycon midi is a new addition to my wardrobe thanks to JustFor5Pounds, a brilliant new online store where everything, YES EVERYTHING, is just a fiver! I found this dress perfect for layering with my favourite cardigans and flat boots and slip ons too! Definitely going to be a staple for me.

From slouchy singleton to glamorous girl about town, everybody has there own wishlist every valentines... NOW I know a lot of people can't bare the thought of valentines and all the sloppy messages and Facebook status' that come along with it; even think its a big waste of time... But hey even if you haven't got that one perfect (oannoying) person to scoff Chinese with on Friday, go out with the girls, grab a pizza, go watch Brad Pitts new film! Enjoy it! The past few valentines I have spent with my friends, and we booked a meal and savaged a 10 oz rump steak each and some red wine... when we walked in, there was even heart shaped chocolate and red confetti to accompany us on the table. I can hope that this Friday is just as good! So here are my key items for this month, and items that i'd love to get my hands on for valentines or even recieve ... (cheeky). A silk slip night like dress is also on my list that I haven't included, there's just too many!

The Fleur of England Lace Bralettes are so amazing, every day I wish I could wake up and put one on, so delicate and girly! Topshop and other high street stores are selling similar ones for a slightly lesser price, and offering other colours, even red, so I'd definitely say this is number one on my wishlist right now!!

Not your average every day outfit I know, but I thought I'd show off my new bargain boyfriend blazer with a glamorous edge today being as its valentines week and all that (I'l be wearing something a little more low key than this for whatever I end up doing I'm sure but hey!). PVC Skirts have been around a while but I've not been able to wear this one yet so happy valentines to me! My mommy dearest bought me these booties for Christmas, isn't she good? I'm releasing my inner hippie with my hair lately, its getting so long and uncontrollable, soon to be experimented with Bleach London products for fun, I'm thinking lilac, or rose! So this week I've been spoilt by everybody for no reason what so ever, but I've managed to rake up some beaut new pieces including pastels and tartan! Soon to be on my blog, and I promise, outside!

Spring essential I hear you saying!?? YES! So I've been after some original slip ons for a while now, and being as the weather is going to be changing soon, I think that they're more than appropriate for this season! Saying that, I live in Manchester so I could be lying! These beauties go perfectly with any masculine outfit, especially chucking a long line coat with it and some tatty ripped up jeans (also an all year round essential). And they're all under 50 pounds, from high street favourites! At the moment I'm swaying towards the plaid slip ons by Steve Madden as they're an imitation of the famous and well loved Celine ones that are knocking around Instagram like selfies at the moment!

MOTELROCKS LILAH JUMPSUIT

Posted on 02/02/2014

Jumpsuit - Motel Rocks / Hat - Topshop

Despite looking like a blonde tea pot in the first photo, I loved blogging this, because I don't get to wear it all too much. I've been thinking, being as all of my posts are petty much indoor ones, they're slightly blurry, I'm going to do some posts outside when it stops raining and hope for the best! I know what your wondering, why hasn't she got any shoes on? Well my friends, I just didn't put any on. Although it hurt on this floor!! This jumpsuit, although very 'not subtle' is the perfect ootd for actually any occasion, I went to town like this and only managed to collect a handful of looks .. (obviously thinking where did she get that awesome suit!?) Now I just need the pink one!

Today
