From slouchy singleton to glamorous girl about town, everybody has there own wishlist every valentines... NOW I know a lot of people can't bare the thought of valentines and all the sloppy messages and Facebook status' that come along with it; even think its a big waste of time... But hey even if you haven't got that one perfect (or annoying) person to scoff Chinese with on Friday, go out with the girls, grab a pizza, go watch Brad Pitts new film! Enjoy it! The past few valentines I have spent with my friends, and we booked a meal and savaged a 10 oz rump steak each and some red wine... when we walked in, there was even heart shaped chocolate and red confetti to accompany us on the table. I can hope that this Friday is just as good! So here are my key items for this month, and items that i'd love to get my hands on for valentines or even recieve ... (cheeky). A silk slip night like dress is also on my list that I haven't included, there's just too many!
The Fleur of England Lace Bralettes are so amazing, every day I wish I could wake up and put one on, so delicate and girly! Topshop and other high street stores are selling similar ones for a slightly lesser price, and offering other colours, even red, so I'd definitely say this is number one on my wishlist right now!!

GYPSY BAG LADY
Posted on 19/09/2013
Skirt - Forever 21 / Shirt - Charity Shop / Boots - RI / Jewels - Homemade / Skull Ring - RI (old)
I kinda get that i look a little bit bag lady in this post, but i loooove it. Its such a comfy outfit and adding the plait in my hair made it even more boho-esque with an old school gypsy vibe. I've had a day off work today so i stumbled down the cellar again for this post, the rain doesn't make anything fun!
I could see myself in an old film in this in a little carriage with my horses and dream catchers hanging around everywhere. The shirt i picked up for a bargain 2.50 from a chairty shop, also big enough to wear as a cover up when its open. OH and it has liccle flowers on it, super cute! Lace is always a style killer (in a good way), whatever garment you wear. This one from Forever 21 is high waisted, and to be truthful, its huge on me because i brought the wrong size, oops! BUT it works as a skirt that sits on your hips or you could style it with a belt to nip it in on the waist!
I do hope i can keep up these blog posts now im starting uni again next week, i'm going to be a super busy nerd with work n all but i will make it happen!
Happy (but sad) Rainy days... Elysia x

Angel of the South... (bell bottom lace crochet all things pretty worded sleeve dress)

Dress - Asos (old) / Hat and Shoes - Topshop
First things first, i do not know what the yellow thing is next to the pot, apologies.. haha! ... THIS, is one hell of a dress right? It's one of my all time faves. I got it from Asos last year, sorry peeps :( although i have had a mooch and there are some similar designs on there so get looking!!! I brought it originally for a birthday and it was massive, and i didn't wear it until the other day when i was going through my wardrobe, and now it fits like a glove... so my guess is my sister has had a cheeky borrow and then shrunk it in the wash...
Anyway, it features lace crochet sleeves that flare out at the end, kind of like bell bottom sleeves, and remind me of the crochet place mats you used to get at your nans! Or is that just me? They're a great contrast to the silk and chiffon body and the cut out in the back. Obviously styled with black... its all i ever wear.
Happy bank holiday lovlies... Elysia
